Jennifer is an executive coach known for bringing attention to the influence of “mental toughness" as a key factor of effective leadership performance.
Jennifer's unique signature as a speaker, writer, corporate trainer and coach has been her ability to reveal powerful secrets behind leadership influence to her clients.
She has learned and shared the best influential approaches and practices from master influencers in the fields of leadership, psychology and neurolinguistics (NLP), professional sports, and virtual mentors in neuroscience.
Her mission over the past decade has been to empower entrepreneurs and leaders with these same life-changing skills so they can also serve as positive influences in their business and personal lives.
Jennifer has designed numerous leadership, communication, and mental toughness training seminars and speeches that cover these enlightening areas of enhanced leadership and communication.
